Kolling Foundation Company is a company limited by
guarantee. The company’s object is to establish, and act as trustee for,
the Kolling Foundation Trust – a charitable trust.
Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status – gifts may be tax
deductible
Tax Concession Charity (TCC) status – exempt from paying
income tax
Authority to Fundraise (DGR No. 15752) – registered under
Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW)
Kolling Foundation is led by a Chief Executive Officer who
reports to the Kolling Foundation board.
MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY
The membership of the company is set by its memorandum as being ex
officio members holding office by either appointment by either the
University of Sydney or Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service
or by Office. The company may then have up to 5 community members. The
Office Bearers (Chairman, Vice-Chairman(s), Honorary Treasurer) need to
be members of the company.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Membership of the Board is set in the Company's Constitution as being the
Members of the Company or their nominees and a number of community
members so that the Board size does not exceed 30. Click here to meet the Board
ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
Annually the Members of the Company approve the continuing
appointment of Office Bearers (Chairman, Vice-Chairman(s), Honorary
Treasurer) and board members.
