a percentage of your estate;
- a specific cash sum bequest;

For a Specific Bequest
I give and bequeath to KOLLING

$___ free from all duties, to be applied for the general charitable
purposes of the Foundation.
I direct that the receipt of a
proper officer of Kolling Foundation shall constitute a full and
sufficient discharge to my executors and trustees.
For a Residual Bequest
I give and bequeath to KOLLING
FOUNDATION
(ABN 83 128
360 174) registered office Level 12,
Kolling Building, Reserve Road, Royal North Shore Hospital the rest and
residue of my estate, free from all duties, to be applied for the
general charitable purposes of the Foundation.
I direct that the receipt of a
proper officer of Kolling Foundation shall constitute a full and
sufficient discharge to my executors and trustees.
For a Percentage of Your Estate
I give and bequeath to KOLLING
FOUNDATION
(ABN 83 128
360 174) registered office Level 12,
Kolling Building, Reserve Road, Royal North Shore Hospital ____ percent
of my estate, free from all duties, to be applied for the general
charitable purposes of the Foundation.
I direct that the receipt of a
proper officer of Kolling Foundation shall constitute a full and
sufficient discharge to my executors and trustees.
