Royal North Shore Hospital

RNSH is designated as a major trauma centre for the northern region and is the only trauma centre capable of providing care for severe burns, spinal cord injuries, neonatal intensive care and interventional radiology.

Each year over 60,000 people are treated through the Emergency Department and every month the RNSH undertakes approximately 500 elective and 900 emergency surgeries. The RNSH emergency and trauma services are complemented by comprehensive intensive care and diagnostic clinical support services.

The hospital has 586 beds available to patients across the RNS Campus as well as 40 acute mental health beds and 29 procedure and operating rooms and is well placed to take critically ill and injured patients from country centres and other urban hospitals by helicopter.

Donations to the Royal North Shore Hospital will have a direct impact on the patients we help. The gifts we receive enable us to buy life-saving equipment; provide the best in patient care and fund our 'bed to bedside' research.
You can choose the area your donation will support, whether it is the area of most need or one that you would like to make a gift to because it holds special significance to you or a loved one.

We accept donations by credit card, cheque, money order or cash.
